He has managed large teams and delivered financial control over a variety of different sized projects. Paul also has experience of the commercial side of running different sizes of businesses, financial modelling and negotiating large scale contracts. Paul has now focused his career in the health sector and worked closely with the NHS during the creation of Commissioning Support Units and Clinical Commissioning Groups in the North West, at a senior level. This work then evolved to joining HCD Economics as a start-up business and helping to grow that business in a short time and overcoming several barriers to entry. Paul has been instrumental in setting up partnership contracts that can be used to deliver value to all parties. In the medium term he is looking forward to growing the business further and working in new therapeutic areas.
